The Billing and Metering Integrity Scheme (BMIS) has been implemented to ensure metering and billing accuracy for public telecommunications services including fixed and mobile service (Please click here for more information).
Starting from August 2006, the test results of the billing and metering systems as well as the compliance status under the Scheme of participating operators are published on a half-yearly basis.
OFCA however does not arbitrate contractual matters. You should approach your service operator for assistance for billing problems.
